Study it very carefully and tell us where you want some changes to be made. About the Personalized Service :
Directly after your arrival at our tour destinations airport, such as ; Makassar and Manado. You will be met by our very knowledgeable and good English Speaking Guide. He will accompany you during all of your trip and take good care of (almost) all you needs. You will start right away with the first of your chosen "Specilaized Tour Packages", if it's your tour destination at Sulawesi.
Follow- up Service :

What is Included in our Tour Package :
The rate that will be given to you includes all land-transportation and accommodation during your trip ; entrance fees, Guide fees, Porterage , Refreshment, boat-hire and Tour donation. Fullboard is provided in some of our specialized package tours but if you would prefer to have a half board (Breakfast & Dinner), it can also be arranged so.
Hotels used in our Tour Packages :
You have a wide variety of choices. We always provide your accommodation with standard hotel or Middle class hotels. but if you like to stay in real luxury or similar, Just let us know.
And if you arrive at a certain part of our East Indonesian tour destinations by late-noon flight then you have to stay overnight at some good choices of your accommodation on but if you have your own choice, then you just advise us in which of the hotels you may plan to be staying at, and the rest will be in our care.
And if you take our hard-adventure tours or go into the remote regions of any Eastern Indonesian islands, then you will not find better comfort accommodation rather than staying in the local people houses or at a very clear simple Guest-house or homestay. Even in a tent if you are trekking into the jungle.
